Where is a FastTab menu/actions defined?

Howdy!

I can't find where FastTab menus/actions are defined. For example, the Accounting Manager role center (P9001) includes the My Vendors page (P9151), which includes three options above the list of vendors (Manage list, Open, and Find). I don't see that these three options are defined anywhere in either of these two pages (looking at the object saved as text).

This type of menu appears in another custom object and the text file lists the menu options in the CONTROLS area, but I can't find them anywhere in the Development Environment.

Here are screen shots of My Vendors and Purchase Invoice, both of which have FastTab menus.

    There is no such a thing as fast tabs actions. What you see in the my vendor part are default actions provided by the system and the actions in the lines "fast tab" are actions in a sub page actually.
