NAV Tablet 2015 Uncaught TypeError

Hi.
Please help,
I open Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015 in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and get an error : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'renderSignInUserInterface' of null. I press the Restart button and then get an error with a different message : Uncaught TypeError: Cannot call method 'signUserOutFromShim' of null.
Notes:
I already installed .cer in my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 but still get an error like that.
Is there any information and/or solution regarding those errors?
I already solved this issue.
This is only happened for Windows Authentication. I change the credential type in the Web Config and ClientUserSettings.config to NavUserPassword and it's solved ! But it is only happened in my Vmware, i testing with the other environment and the error doesn't occured with Windows Authentication. It's weird for me.
Is there anyone can help ? thanks
