Menu Icon sequence for showing and hiding

Hello,
I have created a menu that executes a command filter when clicking on an icon. After clicking this menu item the Visible propertiy will be set to FALSE (with a variable).
So this Icon disappears and a different icon appears so you can remove this filter.
This also works.
Now I have one PromotedCategory with three such menu items and a fourth menu item of all filter takes out.

My problem now is that the order of the Icon's confused. I would like to have the icon that clear the filter at the same position , which sets the filter.
For two it does but not for this "NS 3.6". It is always put first.

Is it possible to control on which position these Icons appears.
