Remove "Zero" from Word reports in nav 2015

Hello clever people,

I need help to remove zero from reports made in Word in NAV 2015.
When the customer post comments on blank sales lines, the report in Word creates a "zero", which I want to hide/remove.

I know it is possible whit BlankZero in RDLC but how do you transfer this function to reports made in Word?

You need to do this in the NAV Report Dataset Designer - create a function there that formats the value as a text (string), and sets it to an empty string in the case that the line should not have the Quantity/Amount or whatever numerical value you use.
