where can i find some information about new Hotfix. I found "KB 362152 Disabling Data Caching" in the Hotfix list, but what excactly does Data Chaching means?

I guess it's related to the chance of disabling the data cache which, from NAV 2013 on, is shared between users (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh169480(v=nav.70).aspx).
Anyone know if a new parameter for ClientUserSettings.config is available for this purpose?
