Fix the width of a column in a page

How can I fix the width of a column in a page?Will the property "Width" do the trick?

I am afraid you cannot do that . The "Width" property will set the initial size of the page column, but the user will still be able to resize that.
The RTC interface of NAV is supposed to be like that; you lose control of the "pixel perfect" design over the possibility of web tablet and other clients using the same interface definition.
