Nav RTC 2013 ticket printing trouble!

Seems like my mate (hes working on this) installed another drivers and now works fine. Only document margins are wrong, so, sorry for this thread


hope some1 can help.

When printing a report from version 2013 on a ticket printer (dot matrix),
The same report in version 4, it prints correctly.

The driver installed on the client is Generic (Text / Only).

I tried the following, that have not worked:

• Create a printer with the same name and driver on the server on which NAV 2013 is installed.
• Put it as the default printer on the server.
• Assign the printer to report in Table printer selection.
• Change the font in the report.
• Change paper size property of the report.
• Change the size of the text controls.

The result is always identical.

As you can see text goes over itself.
