Business Chart Performance about WAN-Connection

Hallo,
when I start the RTC-Client with a Business Chart in the Rolecenter about a VPN-Connection it takes approximately 2 minutes.
Without the Business Chart is starts normal.
Can I control the flow of data to the chart anyway.
