I have a RDLC report "Aged Acc. Rec. (BackDating)" (part of the APAC release) for which one user has an issue.
None of the values show up in the report. It is fine for other users. I confirmed same filters are being used to run the report. There is no code or permissions doing it. There is no visibility set in visual studio on the fields. It almost seems as if it is a problem with the RDLC engine on her machine, maybe a windows update broke it.
Has anyone else experienced something similar?

a months ago I experienced similar issue. Try to experiment with display resolution and/or font size on that machine.
