NAV 2015 Developers license question

In NAV 2015 when you go to Tools--->License Information--->Change the developers license and then try to change a value in Ledger entry table you get a permission error, whereas when you Upload your developer license and restart the services and then open any ledger entry table, it allows you to change the data in ledger entry tables.

Does anyone know what needs to be done in order to just change the license instead of Upload which allows to change the ledger entry data.

Basically you can't but I did create a work-around hacking NAV : http://www.mibuso.com/howtoinfo.asp?FileID=23

Another trick is to put some pages in the customers license but the customer does not use them and you create a page with your developers license in which you give the page the permission to be able to change the entries when needed.
