Connecting to NAV Server by Server Name

weird issue i cannot resolve.
I can only connect to a nav server through the client via IP address and not server name even FQDN
I can ping the server name and it will resolve the FQDN and IP address but NAV will always kick back the error attached

I also have some cases where I need to use the IP-address.
