How to skip Header and Footer for even pages in RTC report

One of our client using NAV 2009 R2. We have requirement not to print header and footer in even pages in RTC reprot.
Actually the even pages will have disclaimer message and the logo in the header and footer should not print. Is it possible to skip in the Page header and Page Footer in even pages in RTC.
