Job Queue - how kill unwanted sessions and refresh the job

Hi there,
we are setting the NAS with the job queue. We found that the job queue seem unstable in NAV2009R2.
a) Day 1, the service has stopped due to ODBC error (we dont know the reason).
b) Day 2, we are force to start the service (restart server and start service as well)
c) Day 3, the job does not get trigger (suppose to run on Day 4 1am)
After we restart the NAS service on 23 Dec, NAV starts creating multiple session entries in the Job queue processes continuously. These entries, we are not able to track down through SQL with the respective SPID. Also, checking from the Event Viewer, the warning that are generated from this NAS source, those are from a previous instance of the NAV object. The object has already been modified and the error has already been resolved, but still it shows up. All these happens once the NAS is restarted. How do we kill these unwanted sessions and refresh the job process to make it work again?
Currently, even we kill the job queue processes, the entries will be still keep on creating by itself.
Hope that someone can provide us the pointer on this problems.
thank you.
