Dimension Restrictions

Hi,
We want to restrict posting to a set of dimensions.
For example on GL account '100000' we want Dimension 'Area' restricted to dimension values '10..50'.
Is there an addon out there that takes care of this?
Ideally we can use same restriction in dimension combination tool.
Instead of defining what is not allowed (eg. Area Dimension Value 10 is not allowed with Business Group 'Home') we would like to define what is mandatory (eg. Area Dimension Value '10...50' always needs to be posted with Business Group 'Home|Office').
