customer license information

Hi,

I am started upgrading NAV 4.0 sp3 to NAV 2009 sp1. I want to know whether customer needs to upgrade his license file. or we can use same 4.0 license file in 2009 spl version. hope some one could help me on this. and pls share any upgradation estimation template.

    Yes, the customer needs a new license for version NAV 2009.
    What do you mean with estamation template?
