Convert to Unicode a text description in report

Hello Experts,
We use Mongolian cyrillic in NAV2009 R2 classic version and it can not support some cyrillic characters. But some entries are already imported with unsupported characters into G/L entries. this fields is Description of G/L entry. It is shown with unknown characters. /?з??лэлт etc.../. I just to see this description in report. So how can I convert this description into Unicode in Report? Is it possible?
