Error - "The server failed to resume the transaction"

Hi,

My client is on using version 2013 and they are getting the below error message -

"The server failed to resume the transaction. Desc:7e00000545"

Can somebody please share his experience if they had encountered this error before and what is the resolution for the error?

Hi,

When does the error occur? On Login or when performing a specific action?
Are all users affected by this error? Which 2013 build are you using?
What happens after the error? Does NAV crash? What does the EventViewer say about it?
