Differences in the way object text files are exported

I've always been curious as to what controls this. Specifically I am talking about exporting the exact same object from two different databases with the same executable.

Things like:

Fields on a form/page will be in a different order CalcFormula properties will be all on one line or split across multiple lines

I'm forgetting other things, but it drives me crazy. What causes this?

An object that is not compiled looks different in text export. Mostly different line breaks in calcformulas.
