Your program license does not permit you to delete the Outlook Tasks Folder Path field in the Salesperson/Purchaser table.
Contact your system administrator to update your program license.

I am using development license.
Please help me to solve this.

Hi,
You are trying to import *.TXT file.
At this stage during the upgrade you have to import a *.FOB not a *.TXT file that you got from Merge tool.
In other words take the *.txt file and import it into a new dummy database.
From that database export all objects as a FOB.
Use that FOB during the upgrade and this error message will not appear any more.
I hope this helps.
