Saving a posted document as PDF at Particular location on Se

Hi,
We are using NAV 5.0 US and we like to save our posted documents like Sales shipments/Purchase receipts etc (when user click post and print) as PDF at particular location on server. we will be moving to newer version but at this time we like to have a solution for this. We tried PDFMailer and on printer Selection we are guiding the user report combination to this printer. With PDF printer how can we save the file as Shipment No/Receipt No instead of Object Caption. Did somebody tried some other solution for this before?

    Never tried PDFmailer, but there are losts of posts on this subject on mibuso.
    I've always worked with PDFCreator. Works fine for classic clients.
