1. Is it so that only one person can use debugger at a time.
2. What is the Background client type? (In my case that run all the time), how can it be killed.
3. Why for one developer, there are multiple Windows Client (debugger sessions) found, with different login datetime.
(How can that be killed).

1. Yes, One Person per Servicetier
3. If you have opened debugger and not stopped/closed it properly then it will show.
