job will not always finish completely

We have a job in job scheduler managament that will not always finish completely. It hashas been started because
in progress screen I see record 1 and 0%. When I move the mouse or press a random key on the keyboard
it will suddenly start and finish succesfully.
All other jobs are waiting on this and will not start until this job is finished.
This issue will not happen all the time.

Does anyone has an idea, please let me know.
