NAV 2013 R2 CU13 forcing multi-tenancy?

Yesterday we downloaded R2 CU13 and installed it over CU12.

When we try to run the RTC, we get the message
A Microsoft Dynamics NAV application has not been mounted. Contact your system administrator.

When we run the mount-navapplication powershell, we get the message
This command will enable multitenancy on the server, for which it currently is not configured. This will only be enabled until the server is restarted. If instead you do not want to enable multitenancy, you should abort this command, specify the DatabaseServer and DatabaseName configuration settings , and restart the server. Do you want to continue?

This seems to be a catch-22 (bug) or this message is misleading.
How do we mount the application without enabling multitenancy? :-k
(How do we get Microsoft to test and document their releases?) ](*,)

    Hi Dave,

I can't confirm this. We had some issues with our partner license, but after they were resolved everything is back to normal. No multi-tenancy required.

    with best regards
