Hi,
we need to change a few Windows Security ID's for NAV Users due to changes in our AD. I tried since yesterday to change or delete the "old" user but I always get the message "The operation could not complete because a record in the User table was locked by another user".
Has anyone experienced the same problem and/or a solution for this?

Please try to replicate there and try after restarting.
or restore the latest backup of live and test, if it works then you can do it in non productive ours.
if it is a 24 hrs service then you can send a notification to all users for a down time of 5 min

it seems the NAS-Service is blocking the user table, after stopping only the nas service I was today able to change the user table.
