Hi
Is it possibly to change the sender of an Outlook message (ReplyRecipients?) ? The user wants to be able to read and append text to the generated mail, so SMPTP isn't an option :-k

I don't believe there's any way to do this in Outlook. Even if you override the reply recipient(s), the message will still show as coming from the person who sends it. If you need it to show as coming from another account, I think you have to go the SMTP route.
We have a product for NAV that enables documents to be sent via email using either Outlook or SMTP. When SMTP is used, we have a full email interface within NAV to edit the message, add attachments, etc. http://epimatic.com/products/documentpath
It is indeed possible to send mail as a different user (when writing a new message you can get the 'From' field just like Bcc. etc), but you need to have special rights on the exchange server.
