Item Ledger with Blank Posting Date and Blank Document No

Hi guys,

One of my client has faced a problem where an Entry exist in Item Ledger Entry with Blank Posting Date and Document Date. Does anyone have any idea how it can happen?

Your experience would really help me to find out the issue.

How old is the entry? And does it occur a lot?
I've never seen it before.

I did not even find this kind of situation ever. This is very recent entry. I have checked item register where I found a gap between two sales post entry, which is the entry I am talking about. I have been checking all related tables which does not even have any data for the same.

Could not trace it from sql as well.

And no errors captured by users which can lead to the problem/solution?
I would monitor this very well coming weeks and hopefully it was an one-time error.
