Production Orders Components Update

Dear All,
I am currently working on NAV2009R2, in the manufacturing section. We have got a case scenario where component x which is linked to let's say 20 Production Orders has been found to be damaged and the component need to be modified. I would like to find a quick update/report/task which allows me to change the component at the Released production order without having to go into each one.
Kindly bear in mind that we are a very small production firm, therefore such occurrences occur quite frequently.
Is this possible?
