Nav2009 R2 ADCS Server 2012

I have customer that bought an new server running 2012. I have loaded Nav2009 R2 (non sql) and all is fine. After installing the NAS and ADCS, I cannot get the VT100 service to start normally. I notice in the regedit that he places the registery for ADCS and VT100 in WOW6432NODE...
I get 3 errors on the Vt100 start
According to event viewer
RegisteryReader Error 7B Wrong Values Set
Registery_GetNasPipes 5B
MdlInitialize 7B
All errors say "Object reference not set to an instance of an object"
2 questions..
IS IT POSSIBLE TO RUN ADCS ON a 64 Bit server using this emulation provided for 32 byte apps
If it is possible, any idea what I am missing...
Any help would be appreciated
