Dear all,
Does anyone familiar report print to excel? Because when i print to excel the footer is not "show" in any field.
The only way to view the footer is in Page Layout. However the output is not what i expected. (Because excel footer will divided into 3 section, and all line will not show)
Only one similar topic is found in below link (Please let me know if there got similar topic  )

However is not solution I seek for as i just want to display signature at footer, although footer content put in body will show correctly when pr
int to excel, but it will keep the "footer" next to end of body record.

Above link is the alternative way to show footer content at bottom of report, very useful and I use this skill quiet often. Btw, thank you Steven =D>
But this not apply when I footer need show in every pages (At least I not yet discover the way to show in every page). Furthermore, my footer content just need a simple thing, signature.
No matter what suggestion/solution is welcome, at least i can try
Thank everyone
Note : is anyway can attach other than image file like excel? Because print screen is not enough to show my sample.

Hi,
I have faced the similar problem. I used the footer items at Body and controlled the layout using blank line to print the footer item at the bottom. Hopefully it would solve your problem. Please let me know if you have any constraint for the above solution.0 -
To me footers are completely broken in Excel, especially when it comes to Page Number, so if I were you I would avoid using Excel, when you are require to use footers.
Why is it a requirement to print this document to Excel?

Hi,
Thank for reply,
Recently so busy and forget to check the post.
For sourav_ait,
You can see my 1st post did mention your suggestion. I kinda like this way but not not an option cause,
1. Footer need print in every page, at least i not yet know the way to print every page by using this method.
2. For me, this method use only when certain body record need show at bottom of report. If just wanted to show signature or non looping data(For example company name) in excel, then is way too complicated. Plus I have to adjust actual print out alignment again which is fixed previously.
3. More that 5 report need print to excel
For clausl,
Ya, you got the point, i can avoid to print to excel when need footer, however they want an editable "report" in excel format (rather that word ). So they can add some comment, formula and etc before print out.
Furthermore, they assume all (PDF, Excel, Word & preview) should show/print same result.
Of course i can convince them to use other report format, just wanted to find any possibility before ask them to to so.0
