unknown automation server variable after object import

Hi @all,
I've got a solution to create an email with attachment with the pdf creator.
It works fine.
But when i import a new object witch was modified on another server, I get the error that the automations are unknown. When i select the variables again, I will find all tools in the library and after the selection all works fine again. There is no need for a new registration or installation.
I am sure that all conditions and versions of the tools are identical.
how can i solve this problem? is there a way to do the selection automatically?
Why do these adjustments get lost?
The bullzip PDF-Printer dosen't show this disadvantage, but it's not free when you Keep more than 10 installations.
