version compatibility

I have Dynamics Nav version 5 objects running on 2009 r2 (executable upgrade) on SQL 2005 server. I have good capacity on a virtualised server 2012 with SQL 2012.
Anybody know if this is compatible?
I have CRM 2013 on this server and was going to add the Navision database, as the server it's currently on is creaking.

    Yes 2009 R2 exe should work fine with sql 2012.

    I have on Customer running Nav2009R2 with SQL2014 and IT works fine. Servers are Win2012, The tricki part is so install .NET-framework 3.5 ...
