Lookup from the Report's dataitem filters

Is it possible to make the report's dataitem filter lookup into a different list than the one specified in the table for that field, without using the request form.

you can only use OnLookup trigger on the field in the table...

You can add a textbox on the request form though, and have that look up into any table you want.
