Hi
I'm confused
Normally when users log in, you can see them in Session List with a client type of 'Windows Client'. I have a scenario where a user logs in via RTC and it shows in the session list as 'Web Service' (sometimes more than once).

They do use the web client but not regurlary and even if they did it would show in the session list as 'Web Client'.
Any thoughts?
Thank you

Hi abz_tecman
any chance the user is consuming any SOAP or ODATA services?
If you can rule out this, I'd stop/pause/break the session and see what breaks or who complains (or just ignored the fact).0
