Some printer doesn't print out the report

Hi all,

Recently I face an issue that I not able to print report from specify printer.

I have 4 PC (Window 7), all connect to 1 laser printer (zebra zm 400 laser printer) & 1 normal printer(Model Unknown).

When i print report via laser printer, seem like system is sending the printing job but the printer no responding at all, not even paper come out. However i can get the output if I print to normal printer, but use other printer is not an option as other printer not able print on "Special" type paper.

The laser printer is not broken or not connected because I can print with other app like notepad or excel. Furthermore, Nav 4.0 have no problem.

Below is what i try before :
1. Compile the report
2. Print other report(Standard and customized)
3. Change report ID
4. Change report paper size(Printer existing paper size, 10.1 * 12.6 & actual paper size, 10.4 * 13)
5. Minimize the output information(Print document no only)
6. Use different PC to print

Other Information :
1. Application is open via citrix

My issue is solved and this nothing related to navison because install in local can print the report.
