SQL error while Converting the Databse

Dear Everyone,

I am doing Data migration from version 2009 to 2013.

While converting the Database from 2009 to 2013 , i am getting the attached error for one customized table i.e 'Stock Take'

Can any one suggest what has to be done in SQL side ??

I can't open the database in 2009 also, Its giving me 'Table data 200000054 does not exist'.

    Have you done some modification to the table on sql? have you setup some relationship? Does the the index exist?

    No Modification done in SQL. No relationship as such.

    Please suggest some work arounds.
