Problem start service on NAV 2013 R2

Hello,

I have a problem to start the service for an instance of NAV 2013 R2. This is error is in attachment (in french):

Have you got an idea to resolve this ?

Account for this service is "db_Owner" on the database it used.

This is the message in english:

The Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server service [XXXXXXXX] on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no used by another services or programs.

    This error often appears if there is an other Instance with the same Port number. Check the Instances at the mmc snapin for dynamics nav.
