Import from Excel freezing, 2009 R2

Hi,

Have there been any issues reported regarding the RTC client freezing when importing data from excel? Its bespoke functionality to import sales orders but it's nearly identical to Import Budget from Excel. I'm looking at kb2653850 and want to check before doing a platform upgrade. The client is on build 32012.

The same code (report) runs without issue from a Form so my suspicion is with RTC executables.
