Filter Suggest Vendor payments by Global dimension

Suggest Vendor payments ignores filters set against Global dimension value. (Using Nav 2009 R2)

Does anyone know how to do this without using the Option summarize by Dimension?

We do not wish to summarise our payments by dimension just to filter the initial selection of Items for payment by dimension value
