Dear all,

I had installed Navision both server and client in computer A and it works when using RTC through localhost:7046/DynamicsNAV71 .

But when I run RTC in computer B through computerA:7046/DynamicsNAV71 , it cannot connect it. It shows "A server was not found at xxxxx ".

Is that anything need to setup?

PS. I already stop firewall and anti-virus.

Regards,
Edward

    Hi,

Is the User Connecting From Computer B Using Role Tailored Client is added with proper Roles in Navision Client?

IF Not Just Follow the steps -

    a) navigate to Departments/Administration/IT Administration/General/Users.
    b) on the list page click New.
    c) Under window authentication tab (Second Tab) type in the windows user name that you want to add.
    d) Under Last Tab (User Permission Set) Provide the Role to user based on his/her task and click ok.

User should be able to login to Windows client.

Let us know if any issues.

If above steps resolve your issue mark the issue as resolved.

    Thanks & Regards,
