Import Worksheet Table type

What table type is the "Import Worksheet" made of.

I want to copy the content of the "Import Worksheet" form and paste it into a self made form.

In order to be able to do so, i have to create my form with the same type of table, as the "Import Worksheet" uses.

I have tried using "2000000001 Object" but that dosn't work.

    You cannot access that table because it's a system table.
    Only thing you can do is manual copy to Excel and perhaps there prepare it to import in NAV.
