Error when changing the structure of the tables

Hello everyone!

When I try to change (with client license) length of text field in table in user's range (5025400) 30 symbols --> 50 and to save object, system retrive error

"You do not have permission to modify records in the G/L Entry table".

What it means? Why I get error about 17 table?
What I should check?

Permission in license of table 5025400 - R-MDX, user SUPER with all rights.
I tried gave indirect permission in table 17 on RIMD, but it was not succeed.

Version DB 3.6, MD NAV 2009 R2

The object you are modifying probably has a reference to Table 17. You will need to use your partner license or a license with Solution Developer to modify this table.

We find reason of error: table 5025400 has permissions on tables 17,32 etc.
If delete this permissions, user can change object and save.
