Deleted items in menu suite

Hello,

In our database we have quite a few menu suites for different add-ons, and a company suite (1090) with some customized items. However someone (don't know who) has deleted quite a few items from the company menu suite. Does anyone know how this can easily be solved? There are no tools available in the development environment, and you can't just 'undo' this deletion.
I can only see 2 options:
- export the MS and edit it in a text editor
- add the menu items again

Does anyone know another possibility? Thx in advance

PS: NAV2013 is used

Regards,
Andy

Don't you have a backup of the modified objects in a .fob or .txt?

Yes and no. There are backups, but as I don't know who has done it, I also don't know when it was done. Meanwhile we had a big development executed, so now I have 2 menu suites to compare with more than 200 differences (including 97 items that were deleted ](*,) ). I could restore the backup and re-do the changes, but as menu suites are terrible when exported to txt some kind of tool/trick would be very usefull
