regitering positive adjm with SN in whse phy invt journal

Dear All

I use White location in cronus database , and an item with serial no. I use Whse Phy. invt journal to do stock opnme, for example calculated qty is 1, but Qty (phys) is 2. how to register the difference (1), because if i just type "2" in qty (phys inventory) there is error: "Qty (Phys. inventory) must be o or 1 for an item tracked by serial number".

I know that serial number is specific for an item, but how to register the positive adjmt?
I tried to make a new line which means qty (calculated) is 0, and qty (phys inventory ) is 1, an error message appears : Phys inventory must be equal to "yes" in warehouse journal line..."

is it the standard of navision that we can't registering positive adjmt, but we can do negative adjustment?. so at the end I thought of using Whse item journal for positive adjmt.
