DOTNet Variables

Hi All,
I am using Dot Variables like Word Application, Word Document, Word Merge File to create document.
This is working if I have set property of these variables, RunOnClient - YES.
I need to run this server, and hence set property to NO. As I have to access this from different system.
This is not working and giving error message. IS this something limitation.
Please tell, if there is any workaround.
Thanks in advance.

There appears to be no fix but a workaround: NAV itself uses Office Open XML instead.0
