we want to sell a Dynamics NAV license to one of our customers.
I am responsible for the license configuration and the price calculation.
The license will be Dynamics NAV 2015, if available.
Because I am complete new to licensing Dynamics NAV I have some questions:
- The customer owns 4 companies wich are in one house but they are juristic seperated. We want to have one NAV installation with 4 companies. The companies will be connected with the intercompany module. Do we have to buy 4 licenses or wich are the requirements that the companies must meet so that we can have only one license?
- Do we need a extra license for a development system (other database and eventually complete other server)?
- The customer has about 38 shops with one or more checkout counters per shop. The checkout counter software will be an standalone software and is connected to Dynamics NAV per webservices. Do we need an extra CAL for every shop? Can we go with limited users for the shops or do we need 38 full users?

I only have the following information:
- My company infos
- Account informations (auth number and customer number)
- MPN informations (MPN-ID and country)
- Informations about customer renewals
- Support informations (pay per incident)
Actually we dont have the needed MCPs for the Dynamics NAV SPA contract, but the SPA contract is active.
We enrolled in the SPA about 1 month ago.
Could this be a reason, that I dont see the contact informations?
