User Menu Level already exists

Dear Experts,
We are using NAV 2009 SP1 classic version DB is in SQL 2012.We took native backup .fbk and restoring on new DB (created using Finsql), after 100% database restoration we are getting following error :
The User Menu Level already exists
Identification fields and values:
ID='Super',ID Type='Database',Level='User Changes'
Please provide me solution asap. I shall be very thankful to you in advance.
