I have an installation of Navision 2009 SP1, currently this system is setup running on the server and 6 workstations. 3 of the workstations are having an issue with reports shrinking while trying to print. The reports will only use about 75% of the page instead of 100% even though the settings are set to entire page. I have looked at the settings on the half of the workstations that are printing the reports correctly vs. the ones not and there seems to be no differences. All of the workstations are printing to the same network printer. All of the workstations print correctly using the classic client, but 3 of them shrink the reports using the RTC. There are no entrees in the printer selection table, so there is no variation there. If I print something outside of Navision on those workstations it prints correctly, it is something specific to the RTC and reports. I would assume it would be an issue with the report layout if it wasn't printing correctly on all of the workstations, but since it works on exactly half I am unsure of what is causing the issue. I have tried printing the reports on another printer using the same machines that are having the issue with the same outcome. Does anyone know what may be causing this confusing error? I am not sure if there is an option within the report layout that is not selected, or maybe a driver issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Is this is standard built in report? I am not sure what you mean when you refer to 75%, you are preview the report first? Whilst you are at it, you might aswel check the regional setting are the same to.

Rikt-It: The issue referred to in the blog seems to only occur when using older OS. The machines I am using are windows 7 and Server 2012, and they are not being used over RDC.
I appreciate your feedback.
