NAV 2015 can be installed when I already have 2013 in my laptop? Or 2013 need to removed in order to install 2015?

You can install them side by side, no problem. But the installer itself can be cantankerous.

In what way? I had no problems (yet..) installing NAV 2015.

I have written down my experience here: https://community.dynamics.com/nav/f/34/t/140518.aspx No flawless install on a machine yet. But it may be a problem with the DE localization.

Thanks Jens! Very clear story. :thumbsup: Now I remember the post about NAV 2015 not having the latest fixes from NAV 2013 R2.
Quite strange that is. Unbelievable in fact. MS does not have the release of a new version under control. :thumbsdown:

I could not install it yet. Still not successful. Im installing demo only and it is keep failing. Trying to change the instance but also couldnt. any advice?

I have completed the installation now and it works fine on demo database.

How did you go about it?

I have installed all the 4 versions i.e. 2009R2, 2013, 2013 R2 and 2015 on single machine. The only precaution i have taken was to stop the service or instance of the all previously installed versions during the installations.

I try to install NAV W1 2015 on my computer that has Windows 7.
I get the following message. "Microsoft dynamics cannot be installed on this operating system"

Is it not possible on windows 7 or am I doing the installation wrong.
I press "setup"

I hope somebody can answer this.
