NAV 2013 R2:Remaining Qty in Job Planning Line

Dear All,
How the "Remaining Qty" in the Job Planning Line gets updated?
I have entered a Job Planning Line for an Item which has the "Replenishment System" of Prod. Order. As the "Remaining Qty" is not updated in the Job Planning Line, the system doesn't show in "Demand Overview".
Please guide.
