Updating a table when adding a field to another one

Hi everyone,

I have a question that may be stupid but I just want to know if it is possible...
Let's say I created a field to Table1 and put a value on it, is there a way in NAV that the same field be created to Table2 with the same value ???

    Hi,
    I thing we can't create a table field automatically. If you want to flow only value of that field from one table field to another, then it is possible.

    Why do you want to do this?
    Is it for archiving reasons?
    Or a change log perhaps? There's a change log possibily in standard NAV.

    Do you really want to create a new field? Or do you just want to copy the value of an existing field to another existing field in another table?

    I want to create the field and populate it...
